WhereDoesAllMyMoneyGo is now BondsAreForLosers

I don’t actually think bonds are for losers.

It’s an inside joke from when I used to work as a stockbroker. There was a guy in the office who was a bond trader for something like 22 years before moving into the full service brokerage as a stockbroker himself. Apparently he had a shirt that said “Bonds Are For Losers”. For whatever reason, I thought that was hilarious. So hilarious that I bought the domain name years ago.

Fast forward to today, and I have a t-shirt, sweatshirt, and a coffee mug that all say Bonds Are For Losers.

Why did WhereDoesAllMyMoneyGo go away?

As you know, I haven’t really been blogging for a few years now. I hadn’t updated the blog’s look and feel for a while. And quite frankly, it was ugly.

So I decided to just turn the page. That’s pretty much the long and short of it.

Some of you may have noticed an email last weekend with some duplicated content from the old blog. When I changed over the domain name, the software that normally checks the blog for new content before automatically sending it out as an email the next day thought that the entire blog’s almost 12 year history of content was “new”. So it sent out that email (unexpected by me), and I apologize for the confusion.

I’m switching over to a new email management service, and I may inadvertently make some rookie mistakes. Of course, if you find it all annoying, you can always unsubscribe anytime. If you’re getting this in your inbox, you’re already set up and there’s no need to re-subscribe.
