I thought this was a fascinating interview with Rob Arnott, hosted by Consuelo Mack from WealthTrack. I’m including the link for you to check out – I think it is well worth the time.
Rob discusses the “one-off 10% of GDP deficit claim” of the US government and indicates it is neither a one off, nor is it only 10% using accounting standards that wouldn’t get a corporate executive thrown in jail. Brilliant, yet scary, stuff.

I listened to Mr Arnott and I have to say that I am confused how to invest to protect from coming inflation. How do you do that?
Thanks so much for posting this video. I’ve been following Mr. Arnott for some time now (mostly via John Mauldin). His view lines up pretty well with how I see things unfolding over the next decade. It won’t be easy or fun, but I think there will be opportunities for prepared investors. Thanks again!

Agree about the recession but not so sure about the inflation. I used to think that but now changing my mind.
