Great interview. Learnt something new – secret of ice-breaking I guess.
The notable point – Young generation is not as big bank lover as their parents – that is correct.
Although I talked to Ratehub before but asking about their broker base skipped my mind. Thanks for filling in the void.
Speaking about housing correction and data driven analysis. If we consider that epistemic uncertainty exists alongside aleatory then it is more or less like a black-swan prediction. You just can’t tell. So, if you should really know then you should look at the problem backward – reaction first. Then you should be able to see through if the initiating events are actually present at the present time.
I am not sure if I was clear or not. Just my take on that.
