Book Winner
First things first: I announced on Monday that I would be giving away a copy of the book “Uncontrolled Risk” by Mark Williams begin_of_the_skype_highlighting end_of_the_skype_highlighting (professor of finance at Boston University). Off to Montreal for the F1 race – one of my favourite weekends of the year! Next week I’ll be blogging from Calgary, Vancouver, Victoria and back to Vancouver before heading back home on Father’s Day – I should be able to keep to my regular blogging schedule however.
The W Network has just posted the final “webisode” of the 2010 W Expert Search (this is the thing I won 2009 to get a TV development deal with W). The format is a bit different this year as they are taking the top 10 and eliminating 4 on “webisodes” – short episodes that are shown on their website only. The top 6 will compete in 3 x 1 hour long TV shows in prime time in August of this year. Click here for the microsite and see who the Top 6 are!

I just had to read Money Smarts’ post with its teaser of a title, “The stripper with dirty feet.” Turned out to be a nifty story from a landlord about a tenant from hell. Brings back fond memories of when I was in unversity and lived in a downtown rooming house.
